My psych has said I need to:
- go to bed around the same time every night
- wake up around the same time every morning
- not nap
- get my circadian rhythm right again
I struggle with going to bed on time bc my parents enforced a strict bed time up thru the end of high school. Like 9.30. And I had severe issues with sleep and sending me to bed early did nothing I would just lie awake for hours and hours. Anyways now I'm on like 3 meds for sleep. And it's still fucked lol. Any advice would be nice thx
