Got some Big Feelings today
A year ago today, I walked in here for an interview for a cashier position and walked out with a job as a supervisor. It was an absolutely bizarre experience, but also validating. Because they looked at my resumé and I got this job due to my own skills that I've developed over years of hard work. And years of an abusive friendship. A friend who later became my boss. Guess what bitch? Assistant Manager in name alone helped me get this job.
Anyways I'm in a much better place. Not saying I'm truly healed. Those years fucked me up. That bitch owes me so much money, but I'm never gonna see it. So I'm just going to focus on being successful here. And in life in general.
