I honestly think that AI operators do not care and will hide under "fair use lol" and "AI is no different from Humans learning" up until the Courts or the Central Government start telling them to fuck off.

• The Parity Public License; while it has no AI clause, it is very strong, and the lawyers who drafted it are very explicit about develop, operate, or analyze meaning anything you can do (if you write a PPL compiler, all the input and all the output is under either PPL or more permissive licences) and patent clause is not limited to patents covering contributions but to all the ones held by contributors,
• Maximaleft is similarly drafted: this license requires you to contribute all software that you develop or use with this software.
• The ACSL as well as CSL, Peer Production License an ACACL all are inspired by Copyfarleft as formalised in the Telekommunist Manifesto.
• Sometimes, I maintain the SCAPL and WCAPL whenever I feel like it. Those do explicitly address AI usage and do so under the same principle from PPL that this falls under Contract Law, and instead of forbidding AI use, they do the same SSPL's trolling of "release the operating system's code I dare you."
