We went over to Chinatown Family Fair this afternoon after seeing The Housemaid over at Metrograph today.1 I got the power of the holy spirit in me at one point and had an extremely good play at the Led Zeppelin pinball table. My partner flounced me at Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and then we got to go across the street for our favorite dumplings in Manhattan.
1 Oh my god, what a life changing movie! If you have never heard of it I would suggest checking it out in that link immediately before looking up anything about it, but basically it is a South Korean noir (?) that is seemingly everything I always wanted Basic Instinct to be. The ending alone was worth seeing it in theaters, one of the most bonkers, funny, perfect movies I have seen in a long long time.
