In All Seriousness, I think your experiences wherever you are in the world have immesurable value, and that includes being abroad. I am probably not the best sage to answer this question tho as I have literally never not lived in New York State my entire life, except for a brief moment immediately after my birth that got me my Vermont birth certificate.
