There's a store that sells this stuff very rarely, and I pick it up everytime I see it and proceed to put way too much on everything until I'm sick of it.
Would recommend.

It's a brand of chili crisp. Kinda like a sauce and topping at the same time. Kinda crunchy and spicy. I usually put it on chicken or noodles.
