For I think the first time since I joined this site, I've unfollowed someone for having a rancid opinion. And Lord Satan help me, I feel compelled to engage in discourse for this one time only, because it hit such a nerve. So let me get this out of me.

If someone calls themself a bi-lesbian, that is fine. No other qualifiers. It's their identity, not yours. If you are, for some reason, uncomfortable being around such a person... get over it. If you think they don't belong in your lesbian spaces, you are wrong. You need to understand that you are engaging in the same kind of gatekeeping as the (blessedly rare in my experience) cis-lesbians who don't want the trannies around. Can't have men invading women's spaces, can we? Your fellow queers are not out to get you. They are not going to poison your precious garden. You are talking like a homophobe.

Pull your head out of your ass and see your own bigotry for what it is. Pathetic.
