There's a sticker on my water bottle that I quite like, and can't really replace. But the edges are starting to peel back. Is there a way to reliably stick it back down?

I've heard this too, but I don't know if it's a good idea to put a layer of nail polish over the outside of my metal water bottle. It's a big sticker, too. Some more searching has turned up craft glue as a way to restick it, so that may be what I do.
