Just making a map of how my mental health has been tracking and it seems real likely
Having the feeling that a good cry would fix most things
Time to meditate and maybe contact my psych in the morning 😔
It's much lower level today, but it's still there a bit
Sent a text to my psych, hopefully he gets back to me soon. Regardless though I'm going to work on getting what I can in order and try to avoid stressful conversation until I can talk with him
All of this has been there pretty low level for at least a week, possibly a tiny bit longer
