@RaddaReep asked:

What's your favorite aspect of DnD, or at least role playing games in general, from a player perspective? That and from a character perspective?

there feels something sneaky about this being asked by my DM... but

I love storytelling

Plain and simple that's one of my favourite things and what makes tabletop roleplay so good, is that it's collaborative storytelling.

Everyone gets to work together to change and morph the world and its inhabitants in different ways. The resulting stories are always a good time and I live for seeing the resualting characters interacting.

In roleplaying games in general though, not just specifically tabletop, my favourite thing is honestly having the power to save the day. As corny as that sounds, I genuinely enjoy being able to actually solve most of the world's problems and build a better tomorrow; something I try to do but am not able to do in real life. Add in the ability for me to flirt with cuties and see the fruits of my labour along the way, and that's gold.

(For the record you do all of these things really well already in our D&D sessions, so thank you for that. Give me more opportunities to flirt with our giant fox prietess and for the B team to "save the day" through sports tournaments, please and thank you)
