Final topology is finished for everything but the face!
I'm like super happy with how this is turning out! My new methodology is much easy for my brain to work through! 
Also I'm at just 4.7k tris atm! Even with the addition of clothing and the reconstruction of the face I can't see it bloating much more, meaning I'm likely to be in my 6th gen target range of 4-8k tris!!!
