The start of the year I started planning and partially programming a Visual Novel as part of a little game jam just between me and @MewMus and while I haven't finished that project yet, I did learn a lot from the experience so far and know what I need to do once I return to it. I also started experimenting a bit more, finding comfort in more destructive painting methods with an increasing emphasis in shapes and composition. Around May and June I returned to a more comfortable pace while on the side studying the fundamentals again quite a bit. In July I finally came up with a color scheme I was satisfied with for my fursona Shelly, who had been waiting for a redesign for a long while. And the shark head drawings there I think marked for me all those shape studies clicking in my brain more. Then September came and version 3 of my bunny fursona Lacey was mostly complete and I was then able to finish it and animate it the next month. In November I started to reflect a lot more about my life and realized I haven't been drawing enough self-indulgent things so I made a few attempts at that. I also started my shark model in November but she's been taking more shape this month and will probably be finished sometime in February.
Next year I hope to see more of my projects get wrapped up, at least when it comes to my two models here as well as the two games I've been working on. Easily this has been my best year so far when it comes to art production but it was not easy certainly.
