Oh no! Don't push yourself, drink lots and sleep hard! When I got it, I basically ended up in a coma for like, 2 or 3 days.
I'm at the end of day 3 atm and it's been horrendous, I'm doing everything right to stay on top of it, but I just feel so genuinely crook
I really hope you get to feeling better soon... sorry you're having to go through this.

I gave Elderberry a shot last time I had Covid. Seemed to move me right through the painful phase overnight. Sniffles stuck around, though.
