Spoilers: It's exactly like your twenties except boomers keep asking you about "how it feels to be 30" for some reason I've never been able to work out
I think it's because boomers when they hit 30 where mostly pretty well off and finally settled into their homes/jobs/families etc -things that most millennials just haven't had the chance to be
So they likely have fond memories of their 30s feeling "free" and want to share in that joy, not understanding that it's so different for us
