Now you've got me wondering if there's a character out there that somehow meets literally all of these criteria. Biggest hurdle is probably finding someone who is simultaneously a marketable twink, a woman, and also neither of those things. There has to be a loophole. Some shapeshifting character maybe

I already have a confusing gender and a stupid hat, I think if I dyed my hair blonde and became marketable enough I could pull it off.
But maybe it wouldn't count because I would recognize myself 🤔

We need a fork in the marketable twink path, asking "Does it looks from the future?" If the answer is no, then it's genshin. If it's yes, then "it's from that other mihoyo game"
I too in my online life regularly ask myself “what the hell character is that”, so your post title had me really excited.
mihoyo spends 2 billion dollars every month on state of the art twink science and engineering facilities
Don't forget "Do they have animal ears?" -> Arknights. That, or some yet-another-harem-wish-fulfillment-thing with weirdos calling them "furries"/etc even if it's literally just ears that are present.
