"Nom Nom Nom Nom" said the Red Panda.


This is my first attempt to make homemade bread from scratch.
The sourdough is also homemade and I spent 2 weeks developing it.
The bread only needed 16 hours.

I'm still experimenting and this result is not up to my standards, I want a more hydrated and fluffy texture, typical of my regional bread.

My ingredient list for anyone interested:

  • 100 gr white flour
  • 100 gr sourdough
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 glass of water
