I have two little fun things to share!

1: The Monrads script is work-done! And by that I mean everything's written outside of any stuff I may have forgotten along the way. NPC dialogue, story stuff, menu text, flavor text, etc. We're good!

2: I've started working with a friend on handler art assets, so we're gonna be chugging along on that last little art necessity!

Looking forward to continued work on Monrads and still feeling good about the stuff we're making c:



I got Covid! That sucked butt and really knocked me off my groove for a week or so, but I'm plugging away at writing and spriting... as well as adding one more family where I saw a hole in the type of Monrads representing the region because I Have A Brain Like That. I really hope I can move into crafting the game's maps by the end of summer and then I can have things to share once more.



Man I really wish I could share more because it feels real bad to plug away and be radio silent elsewhere, but things are going fine! MonMae is getting a big UI update soon and that'll be interesting. My scriptwriting is coming along, and I would wager I'm nearing the 70% mark at least. I'm SUPER happy with the music I've commissioned with a talented collaborator, so that's great too. Hopefully I'll have things I can share again soon, but for now, we're in background work mode.



Monrads check innnnnnn.

It's going well! IMO! I'm very busy now with a new job but I'm carving time out like a jack o lantern. The script is roughly ~50% of the way there, I've finished a ton more menu assets and item icons, plus some ironing out of other stuff. Right now, I'm working on finishing that while looking into where I might need collaborative help in the future.

Speaking of... Music development is starting! I'll have more to share later, but I am collaborating with a very talented musician and we have some great stuff getting cooked up.
