Oh hey, I've been to this place before! My GF and I dropped by here with some friends around April 2022, two days before Tokyo Rainbow Pride. We were doing some bar-hopping and the name immediately stood out to us, so we knew we had to check it out.
The owner was really nice! I think he did say his name was Yuge. The drinks were pretty nice, and there was tons of free little snacks. There's a little karaoke area in the back. When we went, there was a big group in the back having a GREAT time singing. Definitely a fun place to stop in at night!
