I get really prickly when it comes to any dieting/food related stuff when it comes to one's health and well-being (since I struggled/still struggle with disordered eating thanks to years of reading up on stupid ass dieting "tips" from magazines and people on the internet)
My most hated type of "content" from weird fitness/dieting weirdos is whenever they like, take a can of coke and start boiling and reducing it down and then go "You would put THIS into your body????"
You literally just burnt it. Right in front of my eyes?? Are you telling me vegetables wouldn't burn either at max heat on a stove top??? How does this get anyone??? *
*I know how it gets people, it purposely makes people feel guilty about food and it's really shitty UGH
