The secret to making any decent money in this business is consolidation, and then, diversification.
Now that might sound a lot like stock market speak. This is the language of our enemy, and all that. But I'll show you how these words work for us.
First, we pick our target. As contractors, of course, we can't necessarily just kill someone because we feel it needs to be done. There's no money in that. At first. But that's where the consolidation process begins - with the court of public opinion.
See, this is where we decide that the reason this target needs to be removed, needs to be bigger than it is. It's not enough that we think they need to go down. We need everybody to think it. We call in favors. Little manipulations. Maybe tip a photojournalist about them being in a specific place with a specific thing, maybe some social influencer already has a bit of a bugbear with them and just needs a nudge to spill the tea about it. Whatever it is, just a poke in the right direction sets things in motion. The target's life starts to explode around them. The people get mad. Real mad. Suddenly, our market starts flooding with requests and contracts.
And that's when we really reap the payday from it. Now that we've consolidated everybody's mood into wanting this guy dead, we diversify our search, for every posted contract that has to do with this one person, and accept all of them. We don't worry about getting in touch with all of them. Remember we have a person who does that for us. What would have been one guy paying us a couple grand, can become a few hundred people. And maybe a bunch of them have stipulations about how they won't pay the full amount if you don't take the guy out in a specific way. A hundred partial paychecks is better than one full one, you get my drift?
