"Cutie Blade Protectors," Gina says, lying on the floor with an ice pack perched on her head.
"Sounds like a shopping channel brand of babyproofing," Racquel says equably. "Order now! Fourteen ninety-nine plus sales tax! And keep your baby from chopping its own arms off!"
It startles Sandra into a laugh. "Dark," she says. "So, uh. I don't think I — with all the everything, you know, I don't think I caught what everyone's thing is? I'm, I'm Cutie Blade Protector Épée." She cringes through the entire four words of it.
"Foil," Gina says succinctly.
"Sword Lesbian Sabre," Racquel says, beaming. "What? You seriously think people are going to call us Cutie Blade Protectors? If you ever want to go on the internet again, may as well get used to it!"
