Title: "Grandma's Footsteps"
Plot: Thief breaks into a rich old woman's house to rob her blind. Fades into the shadow when the owner shows up. Turns out the lady suffers from dementia, and is operating according to how things were ages ago. She's on the verge of breaking down in tears because she can't find things where she expects them, so the thief, following her around, recreates the World That Was for her.

At the end of the story, because of said recreation of the past, the old woman 'recognises' her estranged-granddaughter-she-never-knew-she-had, calls her by her mother's name, and apologises for what she did, asking her to forgive her and come home.
