i used https://photomosh.com/pro/ !! basically added the wobble feature on a screenshot i took and downloaded it ^^ do note photomosh leaves a watermark at the bottom so make ur bottom longer, and then u can crop it with ezgif or photoshop !

so it might be tricky but basically if youre on photoshop or photopea, youre gonna want to make 3 sparkles. each in one layer. one that is a dot, one that is a cross, and a larger cross. then you will add them in a ladder (so tiny, middle, big, middle, tiny) to make it sparkle sparkle !! if in photopea youre gonna have to make a layer for each frame (so itd be 5 in total), but in photoshop youd just need to hide and unhide!
