When the jury came back in my Dad called me into the living room. The anchor turns to the screen like "okay the jury has reached a verdict. we know the verdict is unanimous. the judge has asked for an additional 30 minutes to fill out verdict forms then they're going to very slowly read out the verdict for each individual charge". He then turns to a panel of like 6 experts like "all we know right now is that we don't have a hung jury. what does this mean for america" and then all of them have to figure out how to bullshit for the next half-hour.
