The interview took place at Kojima’s private, lavish gothic mansion, in the middle of a shirtless massage (the journalist was fully clothed). After some initial banter, Kojima began to insist he was about to change the future of gaming and it was all thanks to his working relationship with his new doctor. The door opened and a white guy in sunglasses sauntered in with a popped collar and the first few buttons on his shirt undone so you could see his voluminous chest hair. He approached the journalist and shook his hand, insisting he was a “controllerologist”, a brand new cutting-edge medical field that the journalist wouldn’t have heard of but trust him, it’s a big deal and he’s one of the best. It was giving strong Brian Wilson/Eugene Landy vibes. Anyways then I woke up
