i recently set out looking for PDF movelists of 2D fighters and guess what? they're surprisingly rare? luckily, the one big exception i've found so far is Neo Geo fighters, which are covered by a wonderful selection of moves and secrets PDFs that were saved from oblivion by this site. i put these on my iPad for easy reference from the retrogaming bean bag.
hey, if you ever want to connect on fightcade and maybe kick me around a bit in some of these games as i learn the ropes, that'd be fun! (i am very good at classic Street Fighter and not so much SNK.)

Why isn’t all official art just characters out on the town doing something though
I have no idea but it seems to be so much of what SNK did for all their fighters! Truly nobody did it like old SNK
