i very nearly ended a friendship when i loaned Seconds to a friend to read and when she gave it back she said she "hated it" because it was "immature"
(friendship ended years later when it turned out she was a sex creep)
hell yea, i hadn’t even heard that he’d written something aside from scott pilgrim and lost at sea when i picked it up from Indigo years ago. fkn great story
i got it at a discount this past free comic book day at my local shop, a good book
And while we're at it, lost at sea, while obviously being a less mature work, is still very good. Incredibly formative stuff for my 14 year old brain
