- chronicler tortured by the revelation of paracausality (pegasus happened) trying to infiltrate SSC so she can learn more, and also figure out what the deal with NHPs is
- hidden NHP in an experimental flash-cloned body(?) who's here to bodyguard a noble and not give themselves away
- noble who would like anything except to be bodyguarded because she can take care of things HERSELF and hates people who can't admit they're weak (she is the strongest there is)
- weak knight who can't admit it but just wants people to be happy but also maybe caused the chronicler's Big Trauma before either of them were born
- one singular cat (for moral support) (the cat does not get a frame) (they do get a jetpack)
