the secret to making the frilly paper look good is apparently to draw squares and then erase them
I've always really liked piñata furries, but never really committed to making my own because i felt like drawing the fun paper texture was too much work.
turns out it's super easy!
just start at the bottom, erase from the top, repeat on the next layer, presto easy! the messier, the better, makes it look more natural
I use this technique a lot in my art, it's a lot easier to draw a quick, fat and rough line and then carve out the inside of it than it is to try and get a perfect thin line.
Now i can draw as much paper horse booty as i desire hehehhehehehe
