Are these designed or generated? I remember there was a big controversy a while back which started because Amazon doesn't support print on demand so people started just uploading tens of thousands of nearly identical products that just exhaustively covered every permutation from some word list or other — resulting in a lot of predictably offensive ones and some unpredictably offensive ones (eg, "jump" is not a problematic word until it suddenly extremely is). I can totally believe there's "[every medical condition] princess" shirts up on there.
so, if you order something in bulk from China, you should expect that they’ll make extras while they’re at it and put them on ali express (you can get enamel pins that are sold for $10 at the mall for $1 for example, completely identical, the same factory). Hence there’s a good chance that someone did custom order these specific designs — for a joke between friends, for a movie, for a really weird online store — and they printed a few extras or kept the design files so they can be easily reprinted.
