Koto from Yu Yu Hakusho! She's very cute!
Honestly not too sure about the bg on this. I might mess around with it more and make it flat or something. Maybe lose the outlines too, feel like I rely on them a bit too much. I am happy with how this turned out though! just some things I'm really noticing now.
