Episode 1: Sith - fucking rules
Episode 2: Screecher's Reach - gonna have to think about this one some more but I loved it
Episode 3: In the Stars - damn, I wasn't ready for three bangers in a row??
Episode 4: I Am Your Mother - incredibly charming, very funny, Aardman Star Wars was an amazing combo
Episode 5: Journey to the Dark Head - the first mid episode. Cool animation, I wish we got to see the big Jedi ship in full, but the story didn't do anything for me and the writing was pretty bad
Episode 6: The Spy Dancer - I liked this one okay, I thought the animation was sweet. If this is the middle ground for this season I'd be pretty happy
Episode 7: The Bandits of Golak - I wasn't sure about this one at first, but the second half of this episode is also fuckin sick
Episode 8: The Pit - I liked the animation in this one, but I think I needed more to happen in it. There was some tonal dissonance for me too, like the premise was really dark but the resolution was then weirdly saccharine.
Episode 9: Aua's Song - Loved this, just a huge smile on my face the entire time. I'm a huge sucker for when anything is resolved through the power of song, and I really gravitated to the stop motion, the story, the character designs, and the fact that there was no empire involved. Loved that this was the closer.
