Interesting but unsurprising how much of this is setting up for the next live-action season of the Heir to the Empire storyline - my review of Ahsoka was pretty critical, but I stand by what I wrote, I don't think that show was very good. Here, with the focus on secondary characters to that series like Morgan Elspeth (and Thrawn), is the intent to rehabilitate a concept or double down? Is something interesting going to be done, or is taking an action figure and having it fight whoever else is left in the box?
Anyway, Barriss is sick, love to see the Inquisitorification process happen, that part is going to be cool as hell.
Final thoughts: If we get a Tales of the Jedi series, and a Tales of the Empire series, will we get a Tales of the Rebellion series? Cause that'd be fucking cool as hell with this animation style. Give us something set around Episode 5
