Subconscious twinning- on the outside your personality is the same, but all the minor subconscious quirks and twitches and habits that made you distinctly you are now totally replaced by someone else's. On the surface all your memories are still there, your appearance is normal, your personality is the same, but there's something just underneath that reads to everyone else as wrong in a way they struggle to place. It's like, there's someone else just barely underneath your skin, just struggling to break out.
