While watching some old commercials this one came up, and @MoxieCat recognized the opening to it. I will let them explain why it is familiar.
That's absolutely the same pad sample I used, just at a different pitch!
I forget exactly what it's called, but it's from Spectrasonics Distorted Reality 2 (same CD that a lot of Silent Hill 2 samples come from).
