Me: okay so math has never been my strongest subject and it's been [mumble]ty years since I've seen the inside of a math classroom so even though they're not making me take actual formal prep I better brush up so I don't look like a complete idiot come August. luckily there are prep videos and lectures and shit on youtube!

Me: huh! yeah, some of these are in fact concepts I definitely don't recall from high school but this is not nearly as tough to learn as I remember, in fact they keep straight up telling me to use my cool new TI-84 to do shit once we've done it the hard way a couple times! None of this is super complicated, it's all just boiling down to--waaaaaaaaaaait a minute. Finite Math, unbutton your damn trench coat.
