i wish i could add notes to people in meatspace the way i can on cohost. just little reminders that only i can see. when my malcolm gladwell type brother arrives to a family gathering a little modal pops up that says "do not talk about rap, he will ask you what you think of macklemore."

Seems like you could make this work if you kept the notes in a central place and managed to form a habit of reviewing them before going to a thing. Doesn't work if you run into someone unexpectedly but you could for sure look it over before a family gathering or work happy hour or what have you.
