I've recently finished a course (Foundations of Software Testing and Validation) and i'm looking to gain some experience in that field.
Been trying to get some honest testing work done in a platform named uTest but uuuhhh definitely i don't like their vibes.
Basically, they just try to enroll me into test cases that involve payment processing, even after stating to them several times that i don't want to participate in such tests. So i'm starting to think that their whole site is a big scam so you end giving all your personal data (bank and credit card info included) to some unknow companies, in exchange of peanuts.
So, as there are several game developers in Cohost, i figured that maybe anyone, be it a team or a solodev, could need help with their QA/testing!
Allow me to share a small briefing about what i can offer:
-
Knowledge in different key areas involved or related to game development: programming, game design, testing, community management.
-
Worked with plenty of motors, ranging from the most widely used to some of the lesser know programs.
-
Fluent, competent or at least initiated in six different languages. I'm also interested in localization.
-
Passionate, long time gamer. I've played (and I keep playing!) in PC and with most consoles over the years. Nowadays, I also play often on mobile. All kinds of games, from mainly every genre.
-
Focused on excellence and client satisfaction during my +15 years in customer support. Many transferable skills.
-
Friendly personality. Always interested in learning more and improve my own skills.
I hope this caught your interest! Please, don't hesitate to contact me for further information.
Any shares and rechosts are really welcome.
Thanks a lot for reading and be well :)
