I've decided to skip using a kanban board and instead keep things simpler with just a todo list of things, but of course being a github head I couldn't help but make them into github issues. I wanted to think more on some of the design elements and make sure they were logged so I could return to those design questions while working on new features or fixing bugs.

This isn't anything too exciting but I'm finding github and git are a nice fit for this project. I could be using gitlab, but at some point I want to open source the game and let people contribute their own stuff to the game. Github being the more popular option for active communities (as far as I've seen) I wanted to stick to what I knew and try to use a bigger net for when that open sourcing does happen.

That's all I've got for today. I've otherwise been working hard on making the gameplay smoother and adding trickier puzzles to spice up the learning process while playing. Thanks for tuning in!

I'm a big believer in keeping it simple, and I've recently been moving away from kanban boards and the like and back towards to do lists:

While I do appreciate the easy distinction between "planed", "working on", "testing", and "done" I find that being able to rapidly note things down in my text editor is a bigger advantage given my current workflow.
