22:00 - party begins in neighbour's unit
22:30 - loud ass music and dancing and shouting, etc. pounding on walls and ceiling proves futile
23:30ish - neighbours blow circuit breaker in our unit
23:32 - all 8+ people in neighbour's unit start jumping on the ceiling and screaming. several things are knocked off walls
23:40ish - power is restored after we realise that the breaker was blown
23:42 - party starts again, even louder than before
23:45 - police are called for noise complaint
00:30 - police do not arrive
01:30 - police do not arrive
02:30 - police have not arrived, presumably distracted by untormented homeless person. party ends on its own.
09:00 - wake up to sound of stomping on floor
