Trite, contrived, mediocre, milquetoast, amateurish, infantile, cliche-and-gonorrhea-ridden paean to conformism, eye-fucked me, affront to humanity, war crime, should literally be tried for war crimes, resolutely shit, lacking in imagination, uninformed reimagining of, limp-wristed, premature, ill-informed attempt at, talentless fuckfest, recidivistic shitpeddler, pedantic, listless, savagely boring, just one repulsive laugh after another.

i really wish i had something kinda like the rust typesystem in a language that wasn't so pedantic about both efficiency and correctness. in rust i get shit about "can't get passed between threads" when i'm not trying to use threads, i have to figure out which exact typecast a thing wants, manually deref and reref and such everywhere, to write something that would've been fine with garbage collection.

any other language i get unexpected token in a baffling context or undefined or null or [object Object] or segfault or a baffling std or a broken std (yes really)

i just want a sensible typesystem, std, and error messages. it could probably just be half of the stuff from rust. if there's a performance issue in some area because of memory allocation or threads whatever then benchmarks can get that, not the compiler.
