I'm pretty sure you make both of those fuck off forever with the Task Scheduler. I know for a fact I killed one of those with the Task Scheduler and it very well might have been both of them. It's usually either that or Services or the Registry Editor.
the Modules Installer Worker (I am told) is part of Windows Update, so disable at own risk. the Telemetry bullshit is just Some Bullshit which I did wind up disabling in some arcane, god-forsaken Vista-era control panel. bye!
