Those bindings look awfully similar to what MAME would have.
it is MAME compiled to run in a browser so I wouldn't be surprised if this is just what its default keybinds are like
is it? I remember having to use the numpad for almost everything, in that...
there was an alternate binding set that used arrow keys and the left corner of the keyboard iirc, I didn't have a numpad at the time
