facebook and instagram are awful, twitter is literally unusable, tumblr is actively sinking, masto has a really crummy user culture… what else is there?1 christ.

Yeah, same, unfortunately. The only way I could stand to use Twitter was with a locked account but... god, it was so isolating. Cohost felt like a good medium between having a locked and unlocked account. Everywhere else feels like a PVP torment nexus constantly bombarding me with depressing news, filled with people reading the worst faith possible in the person next to them for an excuse to stab them for likes and retweets.
