javascript is a case study in why dynamic typing is a bad idea, python is monstrously slow and scripts that use non-standard libraries are basically impossible to distribute in a way that doesn't fucking suck ass, lisp is almost good but it's got ancient cruft all over it and is also still fucking dynamically typed which sucks, Lua is 1-indexed (lol, lmao), Ruby is OO hell, Haskell is good I guess, until you want to write anything non-trivial... NOT A SCRIPTING LANGUAGE I AM VERY STUPID... I could go on.
