Actually kind of reminds me of Amiga Workbench 1.3. I think it's mostly just the blue. And the general early 90s-ness.
I definitely tried channeling my nostalgia from the 90's I even made my website in this style too, it's so much fun to work with
It's very lovely and reminds me of being a kid and playing 16bit videogames. 😁
