The rest of forever is spent as such paws, owned and reduced to being trod upon and supporting your owner in their obliviousness…
And owning, on your own, the tiny cat Crumb, unnoticed underpaw.
…As well as the less obliviously owned Kitsune, leashed to a toe, though equally as oblivious to the crumb under its owner’s other paw.
