Continuing my steady attempt at giving followers new and old a place to see what my characters are about, we have the vile lovely Auspicia, with depictions by Foxinajacket, Snapdrake, Darkomi, and Shariea.
Charming seller of elixirs and curios gathered and traded from all parts of the world, this vixen hides a damning secret typically discovered only when it is too late: she is a dangerous witch who doesn't believe in "too far". While her past is something exceedingly few people over the last few centuries are privy to, one of them is Death himself, whom she deceived, repelled, and cheated. Now immortal, she whiles away the years in an idle bid to find people she finds interesting or fun to toy with. The very nature of her shop - being stocked to the brim with magical goods that adventurers and soldiers alike would kill for - keeps such people in no short supply, and most find themselves shrunken to the size of a gnat at her whim should they prove feisty.
Such discord is, of course, the preferred outcome, as above all she seeks nothing more than entertainment. And what is more entertaining than holding an enemy - perhaps one you made in mere seconds with your barbed rhetoric - between fingers that steadily surpass them in size?
