because I have an excess of tiny plumcots right now thanks to the tree that hangs over both my neighbor’s and my back fence producing an insane bumper crop this year. They’re all ripe or nearly ripe and I have already eaten so many of them but I want some easy recipes for possibly this year and definitely in the future.
