I've been told I'm "pocketable"

I make my own patches, sometimes draw and I like old/cute video games. I work on computers and retro handhelds/consoles

by "technically edible" i just mean in terms of chemical safety at small doses. here is a list of foods that contain small amounts of potassium carbonate as an added ingredient: https://www.fao.org/gsfaonline/additives/details.html?id=199&d-3586470-s=3&d-3586470-o=1&lang=

eating it directly from a battery deposit may sting and cause irritation or burns, and may also give you potassium poisoning, because the concentration is unknown. it would also be unknown if the potassium carbonate is contaminated with other substances from the battery, such as manganese dioxide, zinc, or other coatings or chemicals.

i think if one was to lick their finger, touch the white powder, and then press it to their tongue to taste, it would not be harmful, but i would not recommend ingesting a large amount given the aforementioned unknown factors.

that being said: please do not eat a battery or anything that comes out of a battery, including a potassium carbonate deposit
